Description

In accordance with the Texas Public Funds Investment Act ( https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/GV/htm/GV.2256.htm ), this course is a bundle of eight (8) separate training courses to provide a eight (8) hour training certificate of required PFIA Training.

The individual courses are :

Section 1 - Investment Policy Development
Section 2 - Risk Management
Section 3 - Fundamentals of all Securities
Section 4 - US Treasury Securities
Section 5 - US Agency Securities
Section 6 - Certificate of Deposit
Section 7 - Pools and Funds
Section 8 - Reporting


All sections need to be completed sequentially. Each section has a test that must also be completed before advancing to the next section.
